San Diego Firm to Provide Knit Hats to

Homeless Communities in San Diego and New York

“Caps for a Cause”

 

SAN DIEGO—In the spirit of the holiday season, San Diego-based Xpressive Marketing will be handing out 500 knit hats to homeless communities in San Diego and New York.

“Caps for a Cause” will take place at the New York City Rescue Mission at 5 p.m. on November 26 and at the San Diego Rescue Mission on November 22. Five hundred knit beanie caps will be distributed between the two locations.

“There are well over 40,000 homeless people in San Diego and New York City alone, and we just wanted to do something to help keep them warm for the cold winter months,” said Holly Reville, owner of Xpressive Marketing, which specializes in community outreach projects. “We believe in giving back and contributing to the greater good and this is just one small deed to help others.”
